I have a pair of Steelseries Siberia (v1 I think) headphones which I use for gaming. Now, I think they are brilliant in terms of comfort, in fact they are the first pair that I've been able to wear for hours on end without any discomfort.
They seem to be lacking in bass, though. Perhaps it is the silly overbearing bass that my Logitech Z4 setup produces.
I recently bought a cheap Audigy 2 ZS card, and I *think* this has offered some improvement.
I've he 'Tone' settings in the driver to 0dB Bass, and -12dB Treble. The default is -12 for both. Quality is set at 24bit at 48000Hz
It's worth mentioning that I use Spotify for my music, and for most of my comparisons.
Is there any global equaliser I can setup? Any recommended settings, or guides/test tones to get it set up correctly?
