First question budget? Second prepared to do a long haul flight ?

Superb place, all depends on budget of course. Failing that week in Germany for OKtoberfest if you can go later then on to Lithuania/Latvia/Estonia.
Something different for you to think about. Gilli Air is superb if you like diving and semi party atmosphere

I've not done Aya Napa yet but if I was after that type of holiday it would be Ibiza again or there.
Perfect for "lads" holidays with the opportunity to do sightseeing.

As to the OP I would say somewhere sunny but where older people generally are with decent bars/pool/etc.. Maybe Los Cristianos in Tenerife(Although close enough for scummers to go for quiet in the day and then they can walk to playa de las americas at night so they will probably be about in the day) Orlando has some great pubs and bars with other attractions for older generation with plenty to eat on international drive and being older you can play golf in the day time
Or what about somewhere like Helsinki? I found that pretty decent for bars and clubs, nice and clean as well but not a great deal else to do. Or the other option is.. VEGAS BABY And get plenty of bills for the strip joints. Oh and get on the shooting ranges to make you feel like REAL MEN with GUNS not like a pair of Brokeback Mountain fans 
.. BTW No offence but 32/40 are not LADS. I should know...

No company, we just plotted our route and set off, was by far the best trip i've ever done.

Chris i hope you don't mind be posting a few pics up, just in case you or someone else is interested doing what i mentioned.
Walking through the Lines held by the 101st Airborne during the Battle of the Bulge.
Was plenty of "foxholes" still visible and trees still damaged from 88 fire.
A flag and stone with all the names of the soldiers from the 101st (Easy company) who lost their lives during the battle.
heading up into the mountains in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, we didn't know at the time but it wasn't fog we were driving through for the best part of 2 hours..but the clouds.
Eventually we broke though to be greeted to truly, the most beautiful sight i've ever seen.
Still we climbed higher, untill the road finally stopped.

Finally a funny one, before leaving the uk we all bought some fine tweed jackets and fake tashes.. when we got to Vaduz, we donned them before looking for a pub.

Haven't really thought about what to spend. Couple of grand I guess, can spend more if needed.
That will cover Ibiza easily
My trip - flight £150, 3* half board hotel, £350, spending £1k.
If you really hammer through drinks, do VIP nights etc. then you could easily do in many thousands but for most £1k is easily enough to do 5 or 6 big club nights plus drinks before
