Lagging out of MW2

I have been able to play MW2 fine up to now, now nearly every game I join the connection seems to be fine then I will randomly start jumping around the map like when its about to pick a new host and I will get cut off from the game and from any party I am in.

Any ideas whats causing this?

ISP issues me thinks, could possibly be traffic shaping of some sort as the game is P2P. Game starts ISP detects P2P - traffic shaping kicks in - disconnect.

Should be fine, I'm on 50mb virgin which I think its unlimited for everything at the minute.

Any other thoughts?

I've just played again and 2/5 of the games I played, I cut off while everyone else was still playing.
