What does BP stand for?

Its headquarters are in london even though they merged with Aramco to become BPAramco and then renamed back to BP, but yes british oil tycoons exist without a doubt.

Amoco you mean?

Saudi Aramco has nothing to do with BP. BP doesnt really stand for anything now, it used to be British petroleum until all the mergers of the 90s. It is now coined as meaning 'beyond petroleum', but it's not the companies name.

Watch oil riggers on channel 5. Independant Oil tycoons can just be people who own a few oil wells, still makes them millions. They are nothing on the scale of international oil companies.
