Lame wallet thread

I was waiting for this claptrap to start.

Putting coins in a wallet doesn't make you less of a man, but losing all your change every time you sit down or get in a car, and jingling while you walk does make you a numpty if you've got a perfectly good wallet in your pocket.

Haha, im just saying, theres no coin pouch in it.

And no i dont go flailing it around xD A few have noticed the name inside and the blue is quite stunning.

Eventually you just get to the point where you don't really want to be going around with £190 in your wallet. :p

Interesting, I've found it the opposite as time goes by. Gone are the days as a student you only had a tenner or twenty pounds in your pocket.

I try to keep at least £100 in my wallet, has been as much as £300 sometimes, if if its not too weird paying by card I'll pay by card. Just saves the hassle of getting change/coins and stuff back. When you go out and about you can use up cash pretty quickly, looking for a cash machine can be a pain.

I'm working, i have my own car, house. etc. It seems strange to me to leave the house and go out with only £20-50 in my wallet. You'll just need to go to the cash machine the next day or in the next few hours.

I think its more for the sake of convenience rather than to show off.

I am thinking of getting a new wallet, any got any good sugestions of places to find them, i already looked in Next, Debenhams, Topman so anywhere else that anyone can think of?

I rarely go out with more than 3-4 quid in change XD. I use card for pretty much everything.

I hate it when websites try and sell wallets, but the images they supply dont show the wallet actually OPENED. It's just like, do you really expect me to buy it? For all i know, it might just be a fancy note holder with no actual card holders etc...

Aspinal show you many images of the wallet opened.
What drove me to choose it, due to being able to see the quality they put into it.

I have, and recommend:

That's impressive. I guess depends what you intend to do when you go out. Different habits for different folk.

If we could move a step further like in Hong Kong they have the octopus card(similar to the oyster card) you use for the subway and at loads of places for small transactions, fast food, newsagents, snacks, parking etc etc. Be even better. That Visa wave is taking its time over here, probably costs too much and not enough places have it.

Anyway I digress.:D

Never got any cash on me, only my cards! A cheap leather wallet does the job, personally cant see the point in spending more on one that looks exactly the same! Just my thoughts though no flaim.
