Just got an ASUS 4-Port LAN router with a wireless transmitter, and I'm having serious problems setting it up. I previously had a Thomson Speedtouch USB Modem, and I can't get my system to recognise the ASUS router as the primary connection. I phoned NTL (my ISP) and they were pretty good in talking me through it, but I just can't get my new router/modem to connect to the internet, even though it says it is sending/recieving.
I also don't have the computer screen icons that indicate whether I am sending/recieving either.
Anyone know what I should do?
