Just changed from ADSL2+ to FTTC (BE to Enta).
Internet working fine but landline calls in and out are being duplicated.
If I dial a number it makes two calls. The first call rings the recipient but the second call (in tandem) gives an engaged tone.
If I dial 1471 I hear the female voice and two seconds later she starts off again as-as if-if in-in echo-echo chamber-chamber.
Before I call the ISP / phone co. Is there a common term / explanation for this?
