Language toolbar on tool bar at bottum, how to remove it permanently???

hi, as in title basically its there everytime i start up the computer and i have to remove it everytime i switch on (very annoying!) can anyone help me pppllllleeeeaaaassssee

To permanently stop it loading with Windows:

1) Open Control Panel
2) a) If you have Control Panel set to "Classic View" then double click "Regional and Language options"
b) If you have Control Panel set to "Category View" then double click "Date, Time, Language and Regional Options". Then double click "Regional and Language Options"
3) Click on the "Languages" tab
4) At the top, under "Text services and input languages", click "Details..."
5) At the bottom of this tab you will see a box labelled "Preferences". Click the "Language Bar..." button
6) On the dialogue box that pops up uncheck the top option "Show the language bar on the desktop"
7) Click "OK" to close the dialogue box, then "OK" again to close the Text Services and Input Languages window. Finally click "OK" to close the "Regional and Language Options" window
