laptop 2.5" dosn't need power connection? which HDD do I need?

Looking to get a new HDD for my toshiba satellite, looked at the connection and it dosn't appear to use the 3 pin power connector to the right?
WIll any 2.5" do, or is it different as it isn't utilising the power?

All hard drives use SATA power connectors, not the old 4 pin molex style connector.

You do mean an internal hard drive, yes? I'd strongly consider getting an SSD.
