Laptop Bag/Sleeve

Im getting a new laptop before xmas and im looking at getting either a sleeve for it or a bag. Im not too sure which to get though, when traveling with it i may likely have another bag anyway to carry the charger etc. with. but still not definately going to be the cases 100% of the time. What are your guys opinions on the sleeves or bags, which do you feel is easier to live with?

If you suggest either specifically have you got any suggestions to good ones/manufacturers?

Depends what size laptop your getting to be honest.

Crumpler do the Side Dig in XL and M sizes so maybe have a look at that? I ordered the M for my 13z which should arrive today, I did post a recommendations thread but it appears most people here go commando with their portables

Will update with feedback on it later.

A 17" machine is not going to fit in a normal backpack so I suggest a proper laptop bag, however maybe get a sleeve as well?

My M1330 came with a sleeve and goes straight into that and then into a normal backpack when travelling.
