so what things are needed when you buy 1 of these, just a cpu, ram, dvdrw and wireless?

you haven't stated the screen size of the 2 cheaper laptops btw nor whether they have mini pci-e slots of wireless cards. In the photos they appear to have webcams, there is no info about this in the descriptions for the cheaper laptops.
