laptop battery issue ?

Hi Guys

I'm after some help please,
My Asus N53SV has been having some issue for quite some time now, the battery percentage will say it has say 78% battery left then it will shut down, I boot back up with AC cnnected and the battery indicator says battery is at 0%.
Laptop is then charged 100% and same will happen again at any point from 100%-36 so far
any ideas what this could be

Usually the sign of a failed battery, replacement is the only fix.

Yup, looks like you've got a dead cell in battery.
