Are any of them worth it for something like the Acer Predator Helios 16 AI?

If the laptop has intake fans in the bottom then yeah.

Used an IETS GT600 on a razer 4090 laptop and temps dropped over 15c. Was loud though.

Yeah, it's like a sieve underneath and has a load of exhaust ports on the side and rear.

I'll have a look at that one, I would want to be able to fit it into the laptop case along with the laptop.

Yeah no chance of it fitting in a case. It's like more than double the thickness of the laptop.
