Laptop Hard Drive...which one?

Hi all,

I know nothing about hard drives/PCs in general but my laptop hard drive has died and I need to replace it.

The model I had was a Fujitsu Siemens Mobile MHZ2320BJ 320GB 2.5 inch Internal SATA Hard Drive. What should I replace this with? Is this a SATA or SATAII drive?

I don't need anything bigger, a 320GB drive is absolutely fine.

If you value speed over battery life (though the difference may not be measurable depending upon the laptop) go for a 7200RPM drive like this

It doesn't matter if its SATA or SATAII. They are backward compatible with each other.
