Laptop Memory Upgrade time

Looking at upgrading my Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop's ram, it has vista home premium 32bit install so i'm guessing that 3.5Gig will be the max it can take,

whats the difference between cl5 and cl6, i use this for gaming and got a GeForce 8400 gfx inside

There is no difference you will be able to detect with the naked eye. But, laptops can be picky so check with the RAM maker of your choice and be sure you buy compatible memory.
