I've had a Toshiba laptop for a few years and it has an nVidia GForce2go (I think) graphics chip which is OK for what I want.

The only problem is that I have a few issues which I suspect are driver related and I can't install the generic drivers frim nvidia.com as the installer doesn't seem to recognise whatever Toshiba have done to the GPU to make it look like a Toshiba product. Toshiba themselves haven't updated their driver for about 3 years.

So, is there any way that the nvidia driver can be tricked into installing ?

Thanks

Search for XtremeG drivers, I've generally found them to be the best.

PS Follow the full instructions closely for uninstalling and re-installing. It seems to be even more important with these custom drivers.
