laptop reliability

could someone tell me which is the most reliable out of these laptop manufacturers and why please....

and what makes the others not so good

the manufacturers are:
apple, sony, toshiba and acer

Yea the apple Macbooks/pro's with xp on another partition aswell cant get much better

I have a Pentium M 1.7 Acer which is a lovely machine and has served me well for a fair while (getting on for 2+ years). Its been carted around all over, dropped and booted around the lounge numerous times by the kids and still looks and works fine. Speedy enough to run VS2005/SQL2005 at a decent pace too.

I'd recommend them, never had a single thing go wrong with it though so cant comment on customer service etc.
