Laptop Ryzen9 5900hx: 2933mhz cl17 vs 3200mhz cl22

Hello, I'm getting crazy finding an answer to this, for a Ryzen9 5900hx it would be better 3200mhz cl22 or 2933 cl17? Latency should be less on the 2933 from calculations, but I've been told that AMD benefit more from frequency..help!!

3600 MHz DDR4 deemed best for AMD. So speed vs latency is way to go.

The performance difference should be in the area of the statistical error, your user experience should be about the same with both.

Which laptop model do you have?

It's a Pc specialist Valeon ( a ThongFang ). Same as the Eluktronics Prometheus.

I believe 2933 cl17 should be a little faster, but honestly both sticks of RAM are slow (for DDR4). I have ECC faster than that.

You won't notice the difference either way, so would go with the cheaper of the two.
