laptop stuck in boot loop

hiya folks


i have a laptop that is stuck in a boot cycle its comes up with the safe mode etc screen but whatever i select it just tries to boot and comes up with the same screen in a neverending loop.

i have tried system recovery but it comes up with pc angel please wait and sits there for hours not doing anything

any help/ ideas greatly appreciated

tap F8 on boot and disable automatic restarts on system failure then see the error message, then hit MS KB.

If I had to hazard a guess id say it was the ram!
