Laptop with a UK 'large' return key

OK this has proven harder than it seems to find...

I'm trying to track down a new laptop that falls within the following criteria:

-Less than £550, no more.
-Screen no larger than 15"
-The keyboard needs to be of UK layout with a 'large' enter/return key.
-Windows 7 64bit. No 'downgrade' Win8 etc, just Win7...
-Has to be either Sony, HP, Lenovo or Samsung.

The faster the spec the better but usage is just the basics/general browsing etc.

I've found a fair few but they all have a single line 'small' return key which counts them out.
 
Can I ask why you need it to come with Windows 7 and not a downgrade from Windows 8? That would appear to limit your choices significantly for the consumer market.
 
Because this is for someone won't know how to downgrade it and unfortunately I can't get over there in the timeframe that they need a laptop by.

So in an ideal world it would be good to have Windows 7, but if a suitable downgrade option can be found with the correct keyboard layout then that would be a good back up option. Can you recommend anything?

Appreciate any replies / suggestions :)
 
I can't actually find any laptops with a large enter key from those brands, let alone ones that fit with the other criteria :o
 
I received my new laptop today (HP Envy 15 Touchsmart) and on the website the pictures show it with the slimline return key, but the model I received has a full size return key. The laptop itself is above the budget set in the OP, but based on this you may still find what you're looking for. Have you just been looking online or have you looked in some stores as well? The most well known PC retailer in this country stocks HP laptops so you could go and check out some of the models there to check out the keyboard layout.
