Bought this yesterday. Superb follow up to Guardian Of Light. Does not support 21:9 at the moment apart from that its technically flawless & looks superb Sounds are also highly atmospheric they did a really nice job on this game.

If you liked Guardian Of Light you will love this even more its more of the same but looks way better & has some very tomb raiderish egyptian locations :D
 
I've read mixed opinions of it - the locations are very samey and if you are a solo player (like me) there's hardly any challenge with the puzzles.
 
This game is superb. Looks very good. Addictive gameplay & very good sound effects + Keeley Hawes returns as Lara Croft :D which adds quite a bit of atmosphere ;)

The gfx really are decent they also change depending on how far itno the game you have got the entire main game hub pyramid map evolves in a spectacular fashion revealing everymore devious tombs as this has actual tombs to raid & feels a bit like the 1990 Core Design series of games but in 2D.

Its not selling well I think because of the backlash from the next TR game being XB1 exclusive as MS are directly funding & publishing it like they did with that other well known XB1 exclusive Dead Rising 3 ;) which will never make it to PC (or so we were told at launch ;) ).

Yeah its a decent game I got a little further than your screenshots the main pyramid map hub changes as well & looks superb as does the entire game.

Shame they took MS money for the next TR game to be a timed exclusive can be the only reason this game is not selling well at all as it looks/plays better than many games costing 3 times as much :eek:
 
Is this, and the previous Guardian of Light game, a sort of twin-stick shooter?

I've got GoL through the SqEnix Humble Bundle, but kind of dismissed bothering with it as the classic TR gameplay isn't really my bag. But if this is a twin-sticker, then I might have to give it a go...

Nope it uses the right stick to shoot.
