Well, before i get started, my rig spec is in my sig, cept im missing a gig of ram atm...but this problem has been happening even with the full 2gb.
It happens in all games, when i start all is good, usually solid 60+fps on most games...but after a while, the FPS plummets to around 10-15...which is unplayable, and stays around that area (no matter where i look, even at the floor for example).
The only way i can get the fps up again is to alt+tab out and go back in, the fps is then back up to where it was before...but again, a little while later, the fps plummets right back down.
Is this a common problem? Any fix? Am i missing something?! Its really annoying, especially in the likes of BF2, or any other online game where its awkward to alt+tab when your fps plummets mid fight, or worse, in the air
Temps are fine for my gpu, no artifacts on ATi tools.. really strange problem!
Thanks in advance - Adam
