Simple question really, well i hope.

Im wanting to know if i had say 6 or more monitors, 15" flat's VGA is there a feasible and not stupidly expensive way to set up a large scale multiple screen?

It would only be really used for a large wall display if it is possible, for slide shows and visualisations nothing graphically challenging really.

What kit would be needed, is there an easier way to power them all without separate plugs would a hugely expensive graphics card be needed?

And anything else ive missed really.

Cheers folks. :D

It's normally done by buying a couple of graphics cards, and setting your OS to span the monitors. I've got three set up across two cards with no fuss, I'm certain it'll extend to greater numbers with no bother.

Well the Eyefinity 5870 eyefinity version, and the whole 6000 series can each display 6 monitors, if you have enough DP->DVI adapters, then it's possible to put all 6 in Eyefinity. As for doing more than 6, I'm not sure on this. I think you can link multiple Eyefinity capable Firepro cards together to have more display ports.

EDIT: Here's the video, skip to 2:50 and prepared to be amazed...: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1zdDmvKNIk

Cheers folks i shall take a look when im not bound by the restraints of work filters. Just seems a waste to bin a load of surplus monitors when they can be used for more interesting features!
