Largest IDE laptop harddrive?

Afternoon there. I was just wondering what the largest laptop drive (IDE not SATA) currently available is? Also, while I'm thinking about it, do you think there will be any further development in this sector (i.e. larger drives in the future) or is everything SATA these days? In fact, something else while I think about it, (God this is turning in to stream of consciousness): I currently have a 100gb 7200rpm drive in my laptop, I like the speed this gives me but don't like the massive amount of heat. So if I was to go for a slower (i.e. 5400rpm) but larger drive would the extra data density compensate me for the slower speed?

250 GB seems to be the largest and the Western Digital Scorpio 5400 RPM seems to be the best priced of them.

Ah yes, thanks for that, I see OCUK has one right here: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-159-WD .Interesting, I last looked at IDE drives a few months ago and had thought development had stopped around the 160gb mark. Has anyone seen any benchmarks of the scorpio by any chance?
