Can’t get in touch with it being Sunday. God only knows what’s gone on, will have to ring first thing tomorrow morning and hope to orders haven't gone through I guess

I had the same thing when my credit card's fraud protection kicked in, but it's misleading. If you log onto your OCUK shop account, you will see the two order numbers, but one of them will be marked as "failed".
