I'm wondering which would be better to do since this is going to be the last upgrade that i will make on my hard disk drives for a while:

I have 1 Samsung F1 320GB Hdd for storage and 2 raided sammys (probably sick of hearing that now ;) ) and i don't know what to do, i have 3 options.

1: Stick with what i have now, 2 raided sammys and the 320 for storage.

2: get a 3rd sammy and raid it, using an esata cable to connect the F1.

3: get a vertex/apex 30GB and use that as a boot drive and use the 2
sammys as a backup drive and connect an esata cable to the F1.

what do you guys reccommend? cos i can't make up my mind with this for the life of me and i only have 2 weeks left to make my final decision.

well, no i don't really to be perfectly honest there is still plenty of room on the 320 and i still have nearly 100GB to spare on the raided sammys, i guess i'm just a little paranoid about running out of disk space on the 320 for some wierd reason. I like to keep images of game cd's that i can use in conjunction with daemontools on the 320gb drive and i'm wondering if that will be sufficient enough room for a while.

Well if your only real concern is strorage space, just whack an extra 1tb in it :), no need to add to the SSD's at all the way i see it.
