Last harddrive...which one

I currently have:
Western Digital Raptor 74GB
Western Digital Raptor 150GB

Im quickly running out of room with about 15g to spare, so need another hard drive. So for my last harddrive i need a good size, and a fast one like my raptors maybe. I dont have a budget so just tell me which is the best hard drive. BTW it will be used to store lots of games on

Samsung 500 / 640 / 1000 F1

or

WD AAKS or whatever they're called 500 / 640 / 1000


The 500gb drives are about £44 now, no point getting a smaller drive
