Last Min Uni Help - Flash, Please!

Hi all, not used flash much, and im having a bit of trouble with my preloader,

I have followed the guide

However with that in Actionscript 3, I get errors displayed to the user, and in Actionscript 2, the 1 - 100% Function stops working,

Im trying to get this working with the nintendo logo, and for it to fill up as it loads, but it wont work... Any flash guru please help!

I can't open it, unexpected file format. I have Macromedia Flash MX

Search for the newgrounds pre-loader then edit the image, if your in a real hurry!

Think I have it working, http://jcb33.co.uk/host/Uni/Preloading.html can anyone confirm though, as I see the preloader when I load it up to my ftp, but not when im testing it on 14.4kbps mode in flash....

well how can we posibly know if it works if you havnt put anything after it to proove the fact it works, etc!!

I have put a zelda splash screen after that blurs out...

Ok im trying to make improvements, http://cpanel.lincoln.ac.uk/dci125/test/Preloading2.html just not sure how to get a decent looking animation of zelda in there, and then I need to work on my interface

Is there a way to loop my music to keep playing? Cant find it!

why doesnt it just run the nintendo thing once up to 100%?

Ok got this so far:

2 problems:

1) I cant get the bar to fill up with the %
2) I cant make my music loop
