last minute halloween fancy dress

So... its my mate's birthday tomorrow night and he's decided to let us know about 2 hours ago that the destination has now changed and its now going to be a fancy dress night in Leeds.

Given the amount of time we have to get ready for this, I am really short on ideas. The best we've had so far are a mummy. Also possible is to just go in a tshirt, rip it up a bit and have my mate put fake blood on us. But if there are loads of us going as that its stupid. So... OcUK....

What ideas can you recommend that are easy and achieveable by 5pm tomorrow for halloween?

Any help appreciated!

Use green hair colour spray and powder yourself white, with black eyes and red scarred cheeks. You will be unique.

Ermm this was a last minute costume, as you can see from the artistic bit of painting thanks to my housemates (I was at work and they painted it for me)

Go out naked with a normal outfit drawn on your body with markerpens (and or body paints if you can source them). Nothing better than your own skin for a last min jobby.

Army Surplus store and pickup all the gear. This year I'm going in the full Desert camo outfit, including shorts

I dont see how this is true, everyone going as the same thing is awesome.. u can roam the streets groaning and shuffling slowly at people.. hopefully some drunk easily fightened people may actually think it is the zombie apocalypse!! ;D
