this is just imo.

In areas where 5G will have a good implementation, I guess streaming should not be an issue.

Fair dos. There is a rumour Horizon Zero Dawn is coming to PC later in the year. So every Sony game is a possible candidate now.

It makes sense. I mean these exclusives are very good games. Even after being exclusive for many years they will still sell well on PC.

Once Sony get the most out of a game for their platform it will come to PC. This means
2-4 years after imo.
