'Last Page' links

Why does it take you to the last post rather than the last page?

Quite annoying.

Yeah, but right to the bottom.

If i go to the last page of a thread i wanna be starting from the top!

Click on the page number on the forum index, it takes you to the top of that page. This doesn't work with v. long threads

Not really hard work to scroll up unless you are using some kind of typewriter.

There is a way to bodge the link but frankly it's a whole lot quicker to click lastpage then press home

So, if the links name was changed to last post, than there wouldn't be a problem?

Btw. There is only a last page option on the really long threads.

Edit: It doesn't really bother me though, as I am here when I have some free time, so I don't mind spending half a second once in a while clicking the scroll bar and sliding up really fast.
