... I'm about to (well in the next day or so) buy a Sony 32v5500 to replace an ageing CRT. It's hooked up to a media PC and is mainly used for film, tv (some via iPlayer), a little bit of email/browsing, and controlling music play back. I'm hoping to connect via HDMI.
I'm pretty happy with image quality compared to a similar spec Panasonic. Are there any last minute things or other options I should consider? Also what's the opinion on warranty, I was thinking of paying about £60 to bump up the manufactures 3years to 5years?
