I swapped to 8GB of ram that was on offer the XMS3 (and have tried to order another 8gb at sale price

) and changed to he OCZ modular PSU I also lost the Blu Ray drive as I figured having the PS3 already hooked up to the TV was good enough.

I kept the Asaka Venom because comparing it to the tranquillo/A50 the Venom seems to have better airflow and is quieter (according to the stats on OCUK)
