I hope there isn't a legal way, otherwise goodbye bandwidth, and goodbye sleep tonight.

I'd have thought if you paid a TV license that obtaining BBC programs in any way would be fine, the BBC don't have adverts so it's not as though they lose revenue.

Or am I missing something obvious with it?

It's well worth watching. A very good special, the best I've seen infact.
