I have been running BitWarden / VaultWarden for nearly 2 years now with not a single day downtime (except when configuring the server for something else) It's been absolutely perfect and been running in docker for ages. At first I used to use the online cloud version but moved to self hosted.

Don't know if it's the Firefox API but all these password managers seem to be becoming sluggish to me.

I like N-able Passportal for corporate use, has RBAC and company vaults for the corporate side and also a "my vault" for personal work passwords.
