latest call of duty 4 patch

so i got a copy of cod4 off the MM
it should arrive tommorrow
what is the latest patch i need to download

do all the patches include previous versions?

am i right in thinking 1.7 is the latest?

and no AFAIK you need the previous patchs, someone correct me if i'm wrong.

It's just patch 1.7. They do a full patch so no need to download the previous patches first.

You might need the 1.6 full patch and then the 1.6-1.7 patch
just go to gamershell.com

then the 1.6-1.7 @ 30mb

yup it's 1.6 first, then 1.7

really wanted to get this on steam, but the price is insane for it, got it for £15 from mm in the end
