Latest Shipping time

Shipping via DHL. Since the 24th, it was on "Printed in our warehouse"
As the 29th passed, which is when it should have been delivered by, i decided to web note it to find out what's going on. Said they'll look into it and get it shipped out today. Also refunded shipping cost, which is nice.
I looked at the stock a few hours later though, and saw that one item is now out of stock, so i think i'm in for a bad ride.
About an hour ago it changed to "In our warehouse queue".
Against my better judgement, i still use ocuk as my first stop for pc parts. It's always been a mix of good and bad experiences over the years.

I've spent well in excess of £6,000 with ocuk, and all but 2 times they have been perfect with their service. The first time was 2 years a go and that was a bad experience, the second was today.
My order has been cancelled now cos its out of stock (even though it was listed as in stock on the site) and I should get a refund in a few days. The fact the site listed it in stock isn't ideal, but doesn't bother me much as these things happen. What annoys me slightly is the fact that ocuk had all day yesterday to tell me it wasn't in stock, but it took 2 webnotes from me to find out what's going on.
After saying all that, I will still use ocuk, cos the amount of things I've ordered, it's prob only 3% of that has been a bad experience.

Me too; ordered with special delivery - tracking says it will be with my by the latest date at least (monday) They say they do not guarantee delivery on sat or sun - does that mean the DONT DELIVER FULL STOP? Or what? I really want my graphics card already! It was meant to be next day dammit!

I also ordered - and waited and waited untill finally sent them a webnote to which they replied that Item I ordered was out of stock (note that on the site it said there were three) *rolls eyes* So I upgraded to a better card. After a few more web notes it finally got shipped.
But not I'm waiting for royal mail! Im regretting paying £12 for "next day" delivery.

You got your Your order has been shipped email yet with your tracking url? if not, chances are ocuk haven't dispatched it yet? You have to pay extra for sat delivery, so I would doubt it will be delivered tomorrow, but don't quote me on that.
