Latest windows update (.NEt Framewrk) not installing?

Well, windows update keep downloading an update for .NET Framework 2.0 but everytime it tries to install it, it fails.

I've tried going on to the Microsoft update page and downloading/installing it from there but the same problem happens.

Any ideas?
