As I have already said, every bit of Samsung documentation that came with the monitor says it has a 2 year warranty, so what good is phoning them going to do
Anyway, as stated in the op, this isnt about the warranty, It is about the rubbish reply I got.
Okay, how did you pose the original question?
We're only going on the reply, he has stated the terms but hasn't comitted himself to taking any additional action. Did you set out your expectation, laying out concisely what you wanted him to do - or did you write a wall of text regarding the issue, where you are expecting him to infer what you want him to do?
I'm not having a go, but I deal with clients (educated people often with multiple degrees in the UK, Europe and Middle East) and I find that if you don't explicitly state what you want from them, point by point, you get answers similar to what you have received.
lol, indian support!
about as useful as a Gibbo special deal
More useful than your post though.
I was lol'ing, since when has lol'ing been required to be useful?
nayfeart trollfest tbh
Yeah you're right. Would have been far more productive if i've I'd just gone: "LOL HAHA MUHAHAH"
Ironic that you would infer that my posting was a trollfest![]()
I asked them how they intend to honour the 3 year warranty that they have advertised.
Make sure you do a print screen of that page before they correct it.
And yes, you should explicitly state what you want.
