I had wanted to do this as well. Unfortunately, after quite a lot of searching I still came up with nothing simple. The only way I've found to do this automatically (without setting the second display to primary manually) was to use some fairly expensive software (like "UltraMon", http://www.realtimesoft.com/ultramon/ - others are available), which sets up a per-application profile to direct which display the application runs on.

Ultramon is worth EVERY PENNY. An absolute great piece of Software. I have dual screens and it has never let me down.

Ultramon is good.

Can't you just run in window, then move it to the other screen?
