Is anyone else feeling really lazy? We've seen nothing in terms on hear so far, but I'm already feeling pretty lazy and unenergetic. Summer used to always bring the best out in me. Roll on winter. :o :(

I'm lathargic at the moment, for me it's probably because it's exam season and pretending to revise all day is tiring. Aside from that I have no idea why, seasonal affective disorder?

perhaps your dehydrated? that leaves you feeling larthagic, the thirst sense doesn't kick in untill you are very dehydrated, thus you should drink even when not thirsty.

roll on winter.. are you mad?!

I only feel tired because ive finished uni and i need a job.. otherwise im generally being lazy not up to much.. which makes me feel tired..

i need to be active

It's been really humid the last couple of days. It's just tried to rain which should help things a little bit. Pretending to revise all day is a tiring business too.

Sounds like heat exhaustion, caused from dehydration as a result of humid weather. I suffer from it, it's not good. The most you can do for it is to take on board enough water and keep good sodium levels (ensure you don't take on too much water as that can dilute your body salts).

just got back from travelling and sitting on a beachs for on entire month on thailand. i know how you feel, takes me at least 30minutes to do anything. even getting a drink or food or standing up. have to stay inside aswell becuase its freezing cold and raining. hate this country...

I'm pretty tired at the moment (probably down to the exams). :p

I've been watching a documentary on YouTube (each video is about 5 minutes), for hours now. I can't believe how slow the connection is; after testing it seems to be 70kbps, and this is broadband. :(

I want this connection to work better, but I'm too tired to sort it out.

London Underground in the heat is a complete energy sapper. 45mins of that in the morning and I am arriving at the office with a sheen of stickyness all over me, too :\

Technically you should be happier during summer months. Increased vitamin D production, generally more exercise, lighter mornings mean your body wakes up slowly and it isn't a chore to get out of bed.

However, if you get too hot and dehydrated the body becomes lethargic and tries to cool itself down by sweating (makes you sticky and uncomfortable) and also tries to keep inactive to stop itself from generating heat. Slower heart rate, lower oxygen sats etc etc

Bring winter back and do it now.

Although at least it is raining today :) hopefully that'll cool things down.
