lcd monitor question :)

Hello,

Im not up on the new hd tv thing. And was just wondering, if i was to get sky hd could i send the picture to my computers 19" lcd monitor via its dvi socket, or does it need to be hd ready like my tv?

Does anyone Know weather this is possible? Or am i not making sense

Not sure but you would need a hdmi to dvi converter for it to work if it does.
