lcd problem advice

bought this lcd friday

i have not done any calabration or anything installed the driver etc refresh rate is 6o hz it's wjen i play a game you get slight horizontal line nothing too bad but it's like there could be a slight refresh problem scaling sort of thing.

is there anything i can do? just looking for advice really as this my first lcd

please don't shout at me lol where do i enable v-sync in the games i asume?

Usually in graphics options.

i'm assuming this can be a common problem with lcd's?
