LCD the same for both Advent 4211 + MSI wind?

Is the Advent 4211 the same as the MSI Wind u100 in every part? I'm Looking for a LCD replacement for my Advent 4211. The Bay lists the Advent screen more expensive? can I fit the Wind screen in my Advent?

Yes, exactly the same.

Unless, the OEM advent laptops for some reason change screens, if so, unlucky for you.
