LCD TV + low temp?

I'm at that age where having a shed to potter around is seems appealing to me!
I've ordered a (smaller than I'd like) 8x6 shed and it arrives next week.
I plan to sit in it to escape the family, read, play games on my laptop and just veg.

I was considering buying a cheap 32" LCD panel to connect to my laptop and mounting it on the wall, but was wondering if an LCD will prove to be a problem if the temperature drops too low?

Does anyone have any idea if this is a show stopper, or if there is any benefit to going plasma over lcd, or just that it is a stupid idea!

Bad idea

The temps out there will get really really low on cold nights (that aint so good for electronics)
BUt he real problem will be when after a cold night you go out and switch it on
you have a serious chance of causing condensation inside it and that could
result in something shorting out

Get a waterproof telly.

Temperature alone shouldn't be a problem.

Condensation resulting from varying temperatures will be a problem though.
