LCD TV recommendations?

Power use of the 40W2000 is 185W for a 40" Full HD which AFAIK is normal, 270W for a 37" is very high and maybe it is an error and should be 170W

Not really, I have looked at other cheaper models and it has confirmed that they use more power.

Also some models will not show their power rating as well!

The problem is the light from the screen itself effects the light sensor. It really doesn't work that well, once at level it should stay that way for a few hours.

I tried switching it off and on and looking for a difference and during the day I can notice a difference while in the evening there is no difference meaning it does work as it should, maybe on the Samsung the light sensor is in a different position or too sensitive
