LCD TV

I know nothing about Tv's not having one for the past 5 years.

I'm currently looking for one on a slim budget of around £250ish for use in a main room.

I'll hook up the HTPC to it too for some high definition fun.

Any recommendations?

I figured a recommendation from here will stop the other half buying one from lidl to watch her crappy reality tv shows.

There is a deal on Sony tvs at the moment, you get £50 cashback on a lot of models, Richer sounds has a 32inch one for £329 but that would bring it down to £279 with the cashback. This would be the best TV for that budget in my opinion. (I know its over but only by a tad)
