Le Mans 24 hour - 2023

Looking forward to this! Once again I’m not there and I’m also on call so I can’t go anywhere… Which is perfect! Sofa, many small naps and snacks at the ready.

Only seen a bit of build up but the Ferrari looks decent and it’s nice to see a lot more cars in the top category this year. I’m also looking forwarded to seeing what the converted, lightened NASCAR can do. It sounds great even if seemingly completely unsuited to Le Mans. Do we have any OCUK’ers there this year?

It is. I’ve got it via some add on to Amazon Prime so hopefully the feed is half decent still. Obviously being Eurosport we’ll be peppered with ads though!

I also didn’t realise Button was driving the NASCAR. https://www.autosport.com/le-mans/n...alifying-pace-exceeded-expectations/10480274/ Sounds like it’s doing better than expected too.

for what its worth, the premier league streams on prime have been great when I’ve watched them.

If it's like last year on disco+ then you can pick a "clean" feed that won't ad break (but commentary is aligned so will go quiet). The main one though is just a Eurosport mirror so floods of ads

Discovery+ was/is available through Sky for free as well. That's how I got it.

Worked it one year. Was exhausted for about a week afterwards.
Was a fantastic experience though. Nothing like it. We even had a pretty trouble free race.

Looks like that's rebuildable. New corner, new front bodywork, new ducts. Lots of speed tape.

She'll be good.
