Leadtek returns

Has anyone any experience with returning a Leadtek GPU? Do you know where to send it to as they don't seem to have a uk contact number.

If in 1st year, the shop you bought it from has to deal with it.

i bought it online and they are saying to send it to the manufacturer

If its a shop they cant just like OcUk have to honour 1 year as its UK law.

ok but they have told me to contact the manufacturer. I will ring them again tomorrow.

This could be a long painful process!!

Hi there

Leadtek is 2yr warranty and within those two years you just send it back to where you bought it from and they will replace it for the same card or whatever has replaced it and offers equal performance.

If you have bought it from OcUK and they are saying this to you let me know and I will sort things out as we deal with Leadtek warranties and our technicians should know this.
