Well that could be said about any competitive games the meta can stagnate.

The NA it's the commentating that keeps me watching cracks me right up.

The fact it's close in the EUW just says how good(or bad) the EUW is.

Whats truly interesting is when the different metas meet in the finals. Korean and Chinese metas are so different to the EU and NA Na probably being the worse.

Either way doesn't matter anyone can win or lose in the play offs.

You say it's done and dusted but I've seen some impressive games over the past few weeks. Some creative combos and some excellent comebacks when it looks like it's all over.

I wouldn't be so sure on 2nd place be set. TSM could still pull it out the bag (if they dont play like they did against Curse yesterday). Don't forget the pulled at a 5-0 in the last superweek of spring split to take first. Obviously they were playing better but here is to hope :D
 
Just got myself promoted to silver 1 after climbing from silver 4 over the last two out three weeks. Been playing Nasus top a lot and like his playstyle. My goal is to reach gold by the end of this season.

At the moment though it looks more like it'll require Cloud 9 to become complacent. I think only 1 of the games they've lost they got utterly destroyed. In general they've closed out games quite well. Pushing home any advantage they had with excellent team work. Even the games they've fallen behind on they've kept it together to keep themselves in it.

D vs tsm last night was intense really happy for dig in the end qtpie played superb.

dig tsm and clg all on 11:12

It's unlikely with just 5 games to go each and most o fthem having to play c9 and eachother.

So vulcan have teh advantage of playign c9 first taking the pressure off them becuase it's the game the probably won't win so they can focus on the other 4.

Anyoen who beats C9 will qualify I think and lets not forget Team coast and Curse can beat all of them on the day so it's far from over there is no guaranteed win.

Velocity are out and c9 are through. vulcan need to win 2 of the next 5 to qualify. the other 3 have to beat each other to get the upper hand

But CLG have the statistically easiest run of games playing the bottom 3 and only having to play dig out of the teams that are tied up.


I think it will be C9 vulcan CLG and dig we shall find out in the super week

theres usually a VOD thread on reddit but I couldn't find it.
euw games go live in 2 hours na was last night and thursday.

super week starts a week monday where there will be games all day every day for the whole week i think.

well patch 3.10 should change a few things aswell but tsm clg yesterday shows the power of objective control.


I need to watch more OGN but there isn't enough time in the day to watch it all and the twitch replays require subs.

I've often wondered. Is it better to go for AD/AP or Penetration runes? I'm guessing there is a whole shed load of maths on this topic to work out which is best?
 
Magic pen reds are better than ap, armour pen and ad are pretty much the same. AD reds are better for last hitting under tower and armour pen gives you slightly more damage after like level 9 or something like that, but I can't remember exactly. I just remember the difference being negligible.

Its interesting to see some teams comps in LCS. C9 vs VES (think its W8D2 NA) where in the one fight that VES pulled off there combo correctly by keeping all the players on top of a perfectly placed and fed Rumble ult, they wrecked Cloud 9. But every other fight, they either botched the ult or botched locking them down on it and it amounted to nothing and Cloud 9 just rolled over them.

The last fight C9 did it perfectly. Shockblasting Nami till she had to retreat to go heal, then they just piled in on Rumble and destroyed him so fast he barely got the ult off and didn't land it on anything anyway.
